Chap 8 Evolution of Arrancar
Grimmjow was leading the group hunting Ichigo, Starrk could have led it but he didn't care to. The feline former Espada was on the right track so it mattered not. The group reached Ichigo in a short time using sonido the group peered over a sand dune to see Ichigo playing with a small arrancar child. Choe opened his mouth wide and fired a cero without warning. "You idiot!" Grimmjow yelled.
Ichigo's eyes became lifeless as his hollow mask's eyes glowed. Ichigo turned to the cero and fired one of his own, Ichigo's cero was huge and overtook Choe's the cero blew the massive fraccion into dust.
'So much for the element of surprise.' Starrk thought and drew his sword, and Grimmjow had his sword drawn and he was running down the sand dune to Ichigo and Nel. "Kurosaki!" Grimmjow yelled and smirked.
"Grimmjow?" Ichigo questioned then looked to the group of arrancar with him. "I didn't take you for someone who would pull a sneak attack."
"That wasn't me, you killed that bastard already." Grimmjow said and stuck his sword down in the sand, a blue cero formed in his hand. "Don't think my cero is on the same level as that loser." Grimmjow fired the cero straight at Ichigo.
Ichigo was gonna deflect it but Nel jumped in front of him. "Nel no…huh?" Ichigo shouted then spoke in surprise as Nel began to swallow, more like drink down his cero. Nel's mask's eyes began to glow and her body released a lot of spiritual pressure, she shot a new pink cero, Grimmjow and the other arrancar dodged the powerful blast. That wasn't a cero reflection that was a pure cero doubles.
'There's only one arrancar who could do that it's impossible.' Starrk thought as he looked at the now panting girl.
"Don't be mean to Itsygo he's Nel's friend." Ichigo stared in wonder as her power burst and the tiny girl he had met was no longer there, instead was a busty green haired woman with a large 3 on her back, wielding a zanpakuto. "If you want to hurt Ichigo you will have to get through me." She spoke before her body began to take another transformation. Ichigo's hollow reitsu filled her body her hollow hole vanished as did the three on her back. Shoulder and Elbow guards appeared on her body and her zanpakuto changed into a massive lance.
"This is Ichigo's power to evolve arrancars into something else something more." Starrk said as he felt the tremendous power coming from Neliel.
"Nel is that you?" Ichigo spoke completely in shock. Neliel smiled at him.
"Yes it's me Ichigo, this is the power you gave me, and with this power I will protect you Aizen." Neliel said aiming her Lance at the arrancar. Starrk rushed at her his sword clashing with her lance.
"Grimmjow grab the boy and we leave." He said and channeled his power and Nel countered with hers. The air grew thick with their reitsu it was so fierce lesser hollows were running scared. Grimmjow dove around her and flew right at Ichigo only to cross swords with the orange haired teen.
"I'm not gonna fight you Grimmjow." Ichigo said glaring at him. Grimmjow smirked. "Yes you will!" He kicked Ichigo hard in the gut sending the boy flying back and he flew at him ready to strike again. Ichigo blocked the attack with his sword and the two pushed at each other neither wanting to give in.
'Let's kill them together.' Ggio whispered and the males nodded. They jumped into the air each aiming a cero at Grimmjow and Ichigo. Their cero's fired all at once raining down upon the two males.
'Shit!' Grimmjow cursed mentally. 'Traitorous bastards!' Grimmjow pushed Ichigo out of the way and took the full force of their ceros.
"Grimmjow you saved me!?" Ichigo gasped looking at the man his body burned and highly damaged.
Grimmjow coughed and looked at him. "Don't read too much into it, you are my prey, mine!" Grimmjow started to fall forward and Ichigo ran up and caught him. His hollow mask's eyes glowed and his dark reitsu flooded Grimmjow's body in waves.
The blue haired male's body began to change, first his arm was completely healed, then the scar on his back was restored revealing the number 6. The burns on his body were healed all except the scar on his chest which was caused by Ichigo to begin with. Grimmjow roared as his body began to change, his hair grew thicker and the fragments of his mask broke away, his hollow hole vanished and his muscles flexed and grew. A long blue tail sprang from Grimmjow's spine and his hollow mask fragments became headgear protecting his forehead, his ears became more ferocious and feline. His arms and lower half became coated in hollow armor blades springing up along Grimmjow's arms.
Grimmjow looked at himself a bit then looked to Ichigo then back to his new features, with a thought his hollow armor vanished becoming a hollow like ring with 4 spikes close to the tip of his tail. Grimmjow thought again and the upper two spikes glowed and shot off restoring the hollow armor to his arms. With one swipe of his claws he made a massive slash across the sand destroying anything in its path.
He returned his armor back to his tail ring, to be honest he had missed his tail since becoming an arrancar. The furry appendage swayed back and forth. Grimmjow looked up at the fraccion with a grin. "So you think you little bitches can turn on me huh!" Grimmjow in a flash was in the air ready to kick ass. He spun in the air and hit Nirgge in the face with his tail cracking the man's face and breaking his jaw, the fraccion plummeted to the ground.
"Shit we can't beat him like this grab him and evolve or we are dead!" Ggio shouted Abirama Charlotte Findorr and Ggio himself used sonido diving for Ichigo. Grimmjow laughed and attacked Findorr his hand became claw like. "Panther King's Claw!" He slashed Findorr and there was nothing left of him.
Ggio was the first to grab Ichigo all it took was a touch to draw in the hollow reitsu. His appearance didn't change much his hollow did vanish and his arrancar number vanished as well; his braid grew a little longer but didn't change; the fangs on his saber teeth shrank a bit by an inch. His clothing ripped off him exposing lean muscles. He had a black belt and a white loin cloth that covered his front and back. He had white bracelets lines with yellow fur with a thought the bracelets changed into long white gloves with retractable blades. "Oh wow…" Ggio fell back as Ichigo's reitsu made his body tingle.
Ichigo was unable to move the arrancar were drawing out the infection making him a bit weak.
Abirama grabbed Ichigo next, the hollow mask's eyes glowed and dark reitsu flooded the male's body. Like Ggio his clothing was destroyed except for a black belt and white loin cloth that covered his front and rear. Blood red rings sprang from the man's back before sinking back in and becoming tattoos on his back. His body remained human otherwise but his black hair grew longer. Ichigo's reitsu over loaded Abirama's body and the man collapsed into a moaning mess along with Ggio.
Charlotte was the last of the fraccion to grab Ichigo and absorb his reitsu. His clothing vanished and he gained a white and black skirt. White bands appeared around his wrists and ankles and his hollow hole vanished. His power fluxed and Ichigo hissed as he was finally able to calm down.
Grimmjow glared at the fraccion. 'How dare they touch my prey these fuckers will die.'
Starrk couldn't believe it 5 arrancar had evolved right before his eyes. Neliel was not backing down, but she was getting worried it was now 4 evolved arrancar and the first Espada against her, and Ichigo was in no condition to fight yet.
"Neliel enough, you are outnumbered surrender the boy and you will not die." Starrk said pushing against the female arrancar.
"Never!" Neliel growled and pushed Starrk back. Ichigo caught her. "Nel that's enough, I can't watch a get hurt for me." He turned to Starrk. "If I surrender you have to promise to leave Nel alone."
Starrk couldn't believe what he was hearing he was gonna surrender in order to protect an arrancar. The arrancar grabbed Ichigo and felt his reitsu flow into him. His hollow hole vanished as did the number 1 on the back of his hand. His clothing changed, he wore a open gray vest that showed off his chiseled body, his pants became black and hugged his form. His Zanpakuto changed into a pistol.
Lilynette also changed through their connection her arms and legs were covered in gray fur covers and her Zanpakuto changed into a pistol. "Whoa…" Lilynette gasped feeling such intense power flow through her.
Lilynette planned to get to Starrk but before she could she was caught by Szayel.
Starrk looked at Ichigo in wonder. "We don't need to return to Aizen for awhile, maybe enough time for the virus to work through your system." Neliel and Ichigo smiled at Starrk and Grimmjow came down. He grabbed Ichigo and pulled him away from Starrk.
"Back off Starrk he's mine." Grimmjow growled and Starrk glared at Grimmjow. Neliel looked between the two male arrancar who were about to fight when. "Grrrooowwwlll" Ichigo's stomach made itself known and the lack of food it had received for a long time.
"Stay here I will go hunting." Starrk and Grimmjow growled. "No I'll go hunting!" The two vanished using sonido. Neliel looked at Ichigo and grinned.
"They like youuuuu." Nel drawed out with a big grin and Ichigo blushed.
