Heres the first Official Chapter of My FanFic. Please Enjoy.
Captain Shuhei Hisagi stood at the end of a path ontop of a familiar hill. He stared downward at the Stone Memorial at the end of the path near the grave of the unkown friend of Kaname Tousen. Carved into the stone were the words: "In Memory of Captain Sajin Komamura and Captain Kaname Tousen, May we never grow blind to the injust." It Had been a year to the day since Aizens defeat but Hisagi could remember it as though it happened yesterday. How things had changed since that day.When he thought back to the moment his life had changed so drastically he still couldn't believe it.
One week after Aizens defeat Hisagi was visited By Captain Shunsui Kyoraku. He handed him a letter from the Captain Commander Himself. When Hisagi read the letter he was so shocked he could of collapsed. He had been chosen to take the Captains Proficiency Exam. Hisagi had looked to Kyoraku and asked him why he had been chosen for surely there must have been better candidates? Kyoraku turned to him and smiled, he told him that the Captain Commander had Witnessed the way Hisagi Worked on the Battlefield that day. Not only did he defend His Tower from the Arrancar Findor Carias and then put his life in danger to protect his fellow Lieutenants from the Monster Allon but he had also while injured gravely defeated former Captain Kaname Tousen whilst he was in a hollowfied state. This had earned him respect from his superiors. Captain Kyoraku assured him further that this was the right choice. However there was one catch. He would need to learn how to use Bankai before he could take the Exam and so Hisagi vowed to become a Captain to Honour the memories of his fallen friends. He sought out the aid of Former Captain Kisuke Urahara. Urahara allowed Hisagi to use his technique to learn Bankai and three days later he had achieved it. A few days later Hisagi entered the Captains Meeting room wearing a sleeveles Captains Haori with the Emblem of the Seventh Division upon his back. He was greeted warmly by the other captains and he swore he could of heard Captain Kyoraku whisper "I told you so" when he shook his hand. after a few moments Captain Commander Yamamoto announced that the Vacant Officers positions had also been filled. As he said this the room fell silent as four figures entered the room. Three of them wore Captains Haoris and the fourth a Lieutenants armband but the one thing they had in common was the number branded on each of them. The new officers were Arrancar.
Hisagi stepped out of his memories. Returning to reality he bowed at the memorial before turning around and heading back down the path towards the Seretei. As he walked the wind began to pick up and he became aware of someone standing further down the path. As he got closer his heart skipped a beat and he became nervous. There she was, the green haired captain of the third division, Neliel. She was looking out over the Soul Society with Relaxed and Peaceful smile upon her face, the sun begining to set behind her. The Wind grew stronger and she had to brush her hair out her face with her hand. As she did she noticed she was being watched. She turned and faced him her smile never leaving her face and greeted him. Hisagi was stunned, he knew he was staring at her but he just couldnt help it. She truly was a beautiful sight. After a few awkward moments he finally greeted her back before taking his leave but even as he walked away he couldnt get the vision of her beautiful smile against the setting sunlight out of his head. in a trance he headed towards the Seretei to where numerous parties were about to begin, all celebrating the anniversary of Aizens Loss. Unbeknown to him Nel's eyes were still fixed on him. She was thinking about how his jaw had dropped when she smiled at him. Nel giggled a little. She thought he was cute. With a content smile she turned and looked out over the Soul Society. It was a truly peaceful night and she felt at home in the peace of this world. Little did she know about the trouble brewing at the barracks of squad eleven as a particular officer walked towards the captains office.
