Well, I thought it had a good start. Both Ichigo and Unohana felt in character, and it was interesting to see Ichigo show Unohana around. But while the lemon was properly smutty, I don't like how you chose to characterize them.
After being tender for most of the fic, I think it was wrong to portray Unohana as just controlling Ichigo to loose some frusteration. The fic would've been more enjoyable if you had portrayed it as a moment of mutual bonding and comfort. Just because the manga was so quick to disregard everything that made Unohana sympathetic doesn't mean fanfic writers have to. I fail to see how a bloodthirsty psychopath is more appealing than a motherly healer.
Also, while I admit the references to Kenpachi were fitting given how the manga portrayed her, that just contributes to my problems with the lemon. I think it should have been solely a moment between Ichigo and Unohana, belong to them and no one else.
Ichigo is well known for being able to be shipped with anyone, and it's a shame that more writers don't experiment with that. Given how rarely hetero fics are posted on this site and how rare a pairing IchigoxUnohana is, I feel you squandered an opportunity to write something meaningful and not just Porn Without Plot. It needed more fluff and less smut.
