Um... I'm not trying to be nasty or anything... but, in my opinion, there is no 'almost' about this. It's rape, pure and simple. Consent should be given *before* sex, not when someone is already inside you and obviously not going to stop whether you ask them to or not. Physical reaction =/= consent. Orgasm =/= consent.
