Awesome story! Byakuya is such a jerk but at least Ichigo and Renji can be together after hours. And Chad and Ishida are just too cute for words. I can’t wait for the next chapter!

Jchrist, that sounds so painful... embarrassing, frustrating, and generally UGH. That policy squabble was a development I wholly did not expect. (But Ichigo really could make a great lawyer, though, and I like writings that don't misrepresent his intelligence due to his more prominent impulsivity.)
I can't fathom what could happen next. I'll be watching this. :)
