I'm really liking what you are doing with this retelling. Your characterization is subtle yet superb. Ulquiorra's growing desire and (almost) humanity is intriguing to watch. Your writing is very convincing! I hope you plan to continue. ^^

Brilliant story! I like this mature, more passionate side to Orihime. Inoue tends to come off as very one-dimensional in the anime, but you've brought in an element of feist that I think suits her well.
