I'm pretty sure that the captain is Hitsugaya-taicho, as to the second... hm... Well, if it's one of the ones that canonly go down, my guess is Yumichika. He fits the qualifiers you gave the best. Not a pairing I've ever seen, but that's what I think fits.

well, I will assume that the Taicho is Hitsugaya, and I must admit that I am rather hoping that it is. Cute, stubborn, little, chibi captain! As to who his love interest is, I'm not entirely sure at all. However, even if it is not Shiro-chan, I will still read it. The story is quite well-written, almost poetical in a sense, and I always find it enjoyable to read something that isn't littered with more errors than a mine-field. So, I can't wait for the next chapter and I'm really looking forward to finding who everyone is. Keep it up!
