Hehehe. I do think these characters are OOC. Though Byakuya is the most OOC out of them all. However, I don't think that it takes away from the fanfiction at all. I find it cute and funny at times. I love how Byakuya calls Ichigo "baby" so often. Pet names like that aren't usually used in the fanfiction that I've seen thus far. It's quite endearing, I think. Though, I think the character in which you portray Byakuya would be better suited to Renji, I still think it's interesting that you used it for Byakuya. I like that he isn't perpetually bored and emotion-less.
And speaking of Renji a moment ago, I would also like to inform you that I absolutely love the way you portray him as well. I thought it was completely hilarious the way he tried to blackmail Byakuya, though that too is a bit OOC. Still, very hilarious. :) And, I absolutely loved Renji's dirty-talk. "suck my fucking junk" was quite interesting to read in a fanfic. Dirty talk isn't used all that often in the fics I've read and when it is it's nothing quite so crude. But, if you ask me, dirty talk is supposed to be crude. That's why it's dirty. ^_~ The fact that you rarely see such things in normal fanfiction therefore made your use of pet names and the type of dirty talk implemented within this particular fanfiction quite hot, if I do say so myself.
Further, I absolutely love your uke-tastic Ichigo. His vulnerability is endearing and I quite like it. :) But, then again, I often make Ichigo The Emo King, so...yeah. :p
As for Mpreg...I totally and absolutely ADORE Mpreg fics! I haven't ever written them myself because I find it impossible for me to finish a multi-part fanfiction of any kind in any fandom and with an Mpreg it pretty much has to be multi-chapter if you want to do it right.
I LOVE Ichigo being the one to be pregnant, as well. I often do Mpreg role plays whenever I can find and cajole someone into doing such a thing. So far I've been rather lucky in finding that my rp buddies generally either like Mpreg as well, or are at least willing to give it a shot.
As for how many babies, I think twins would be cute. I generally like making it one male child, but recently I've thought twins are rather a cute idea. One boy, one girl. I think it would be cute if the boy were born first, but that sort of cuteness would only come into play if you were planning to take it further along the line and have them grow up a bit, perhaps into small children. It would be cute to watch the little girl follow her twin brother around like a shadow.
I once saw a little girl do that to her brother, whom was about a year older, and I thought it was utterly cute. But, then again, that is entirely up to you. It's just my opinion that it's cute. :) And I would vote for twins anyway, because it's more work for Byakuya and Ichigo and would make for good comedy relief as well as good angst. :)

SO cool! Maybe you could involve Zaraki Kenpachi? Not as father, of course or in the relationship;
