The first time they had met, Shuuhei had been too young to understand anything but the fear he felt and the pain he was subjected to daily in the rukongai. The man had saved him from sure death and he had idolized him since that day. Even if he had never seen him again, he couldn’t get the thought of the white haired man with a 69 tattooed on his chest out of his head. So, not ten years later he had, had that same mark tattooed in a prominent position on his body. He hadn’t cared about the other meaning for the numbers, he had done it in memory of the man that had saved his life and set him on the right path those years ago. It wasn’t like he was planning on actually seeing him again.

The next time he had seen him had been an absolute surprise. He had just entered yet another year in the academy and his class had been told they had a surprise guest. When the captain and lieutenant had walked into the room, everyone had gone absolutely silent. If the sheer spiritual energy didn’t knock the breath out of them, the fear of pissing off a potential new captain made everyone in the room sit up and pay attention and be on their best behavior. Shuuhei could have sworn the man stopped and stared right at him before he walked by, leaving a shiver to race up his spine. When he had been young, he hadn’t understood the feelings but now he did… That single look had invoked a very sexual response from him that he didn’t really know how to deal with.

Even after that meeting, Shuuhei had thought that would be the last time he would see the mysterious man. He had learned the man’s name not too long after seeing him. He was Kensei Muguruma, captain of the ninth division of the thirteen protection squads of the Sereitei. Even if he forgot every other captain’s name, that name would be burned into his brain for the rest of his life. Kensei Muguruma was the man he idolized and had more then a crush on… but he knew it would never turn into anything. There just too much time and space between them. Plus, it wasn’t like he was ever going to see him again anyway.

He was wrong again. Their next meeting wasn’t near as platonic as the previous ones had been. It was at the end of a rather intense party that was open to both the shinigami and the academy students that he encountered the man again. Well, encountered wasn’t the right word for it. It was when he had been pinned against the wall and kissed until he almost passed out from it. He had been more then surprised to pull back and see the face he had fantasized for so many years just a breath away from his own. When he had tried to ask what was going on, he had just been kissed again, his body held close to the muscled one of his idol.

Shuuhei hadn’t known it then but, that had been the start of a very long, very intense night for him. The kisses had led to touches and the touches had led to them finding an empty room and collapsing on a bed together. He had been pinned under the strong body, his own manipulated by clearly experienced hands. By the time he figured out exactly what was going on, Kensei had two fingers buried inside him and he was in too much pleasure to fight what was happening. It wasn’t like he would have even if he could think; he wanted nothing more then this.

The first push of hard flesh inside his body had made him cry out in pleased shock. He would never admit it to anyone but this had been the first time he had even given a thought to doing something like this. He had been far too busy trying to make it through the academy to think about sex. The position just made it better; it was so… close and intimate. He had always heard about gay sex being cold but the way he was being held, his body tight against Kensei’s chest made him feel so wanted and… loved that he would never call something like this cold. Plus, the heat exploding inside him each and every time he was thrust inside of made his entire body fell over heated, almost too warm.

The pleasure made it hard to breathe, the pure sensations every slide inside his body caused knocking his breath right out of him. He didn’t last very long with the sensations, his virginal body not used to the overwhelming feelings that having sex caused. His nails dug down the other man’s shoulder, surely pulling blood from the skin as he arched up, crying out in pure pleasure. His orgasm sent sparks through his body, his vision blurring and whitening as he came between their bodies, soaking both their chests with the heavy, warm seed. He blacked out, the alcohol, loss of breath and sensations too much for him, his body shutting down before he overloaded. That didn’t stop him from the feeling the best he ever had though, it had been one of the best moments in his life…

Shuuhei woke up suddenly, his eyes shooting open as he sat straight up in the bed. He looked around, panting as he took in his surroundings and the fact that he was in bed… alone. He looked down at his body, his eyebrows furrowing slightly as he slid his hand down his stomach. He was clean… totally clean. When he shifted on the bed, he didn’t feel any pain. He had been told a first time would make him ache. That was when a sinking feeling entered his stomach, a soft noise coming form his throat as he looked under his nails for the last amount of evidence that could have made that wonderful night real. Clean… they were totally clean.

A dream… it couldn’t have all been a dream… could it?
